Our Client is a well-established Financial Planning Practice who are based in the Nottinghamshire area. An excellent opportunity is now available for an ambitious & talented Financial Planning Administrator to join their highly successful business. Our Client maintain an exceptional reputation for providing highly technical bespoke solutions to their clients.

Our Client encourage and promote development and offer funding for Industry related exams Aswell as maintain a positive culture.

The main purpose of the role will involve working closely with the Financial Advisors and Paraplanners,

Main responsibilities will;
- Obtaining valuations and assisting in the production of Investment plans
- Assist in production of 'Mindmaps' for Advisers as a result of discovery/fact find meetings;
- Take a pro-active approach for a portfolio of Clients, Managing ongoing relationships, and be the first point of contact for any client queries.
- Provision of ad-hoc data, analysis and reports
- Develop technical knowledge through Client engagement
- Responsible for the internal functions related to the managed portfolios
- Writing suitability reports for the financial advisers and support
- Maintain and update relevant office processes, procedures and policies
- Build and maintain a detailed knowledge and understanding of our record keeping requirements.
