Job Title: Head of Business Development

The Head of Business Development will play a high-profile role driving the continued growth and success of our new business sales team. This involves:

  • Recruiting, retaining, and developing a team of high-performing Business Development Managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, performance, and accountability.
  • Presenting regular reporting to the GlobalData leadership team on targets, performance, and team initiatives.
  • Building a thorough and strategic territory plan, understanding key conditions, target personas, and GlobalData's unique selling points to enable new business growth plans.
  • Growing your personal brand as a thought leader and market/industry expert, leveraging this knowledge to advance organisational goals.
