Job Description: Questech Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their team in West Yorkshire. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient systems for tracking and communication throughout the supply chain.
  • Reduce lead times and improve overall efficiency.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key global suppliers, ensuring alignment with our ISO 9001 quality standards.
  • Manage inventory control and demand planning using proven methods.
  • Implement a robust demand management process.
  • Support the Implementation of planning tool software.
  • Work with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth logistics operations and adherence to health & safety standards.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years Supply Chain management experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Highly skilled in data analysis and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes.
  • Clear and persuasive communication style.
  • Strong team player with a leadership influence.
  • Previous SAP experience is essential.
  • IT literate, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Information: We are offering a competitive salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
