Engineering Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Sales Development Manager to join our team at Verto People. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities across the UK.
This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals with a passion for sales and a strong understanding of engineering industries. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales roles such as Business Development Manager or Sales Engineer and be comfortable with extensive travel around the UK to meet clients and build relationships.
The salary for this role is £40,000, with an OTE of £60,000 and commission structure. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a pension scheme, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, and progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets
- Nurture existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Manage your sales pipeline through a CRM system
