We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our Outbound Sales team at Progresso Search. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in telephone sales and be able to adapt quickly to meet business needs.

About the Role

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 with occasional Saturdays in return for a day in lieu. You will be responsible for making sale calls in line with our Company's process and FCA regulations.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills at all levels. They will also be able to demonstrate empathy, sensitivity, kindness, and patience while being resilient with a real desire for success and helping others.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in telephone sales (minimum 1 year)
  • Ability to work within a target-driven environment
  • Flexible approach with strong attention to detail and accuracy

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
