Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Executive to join our team at Verto People. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving sales growth across various UK industries.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing new business opportunities in the UK market
  • Nurturing client relationships through strategic planning and regular communication
  • Managing the sales pipeline through our CRM system
  • Developing a client base across multiple industries
  • Building relationships with targeted companies via phone, email, and Teams

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, with an outstanding OTE commission structure that can take your earnings to up to £60,000 per year. Additionally, we provide a pension scheme and 25 days holiday.
