Job Title: Sales Manager
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at HSB Technical Ltd. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our condition monitoring product range.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. A strong understanding of sales principles and strategies is essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Provide sales support and guidance to colleagues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing)
- Proven sales experience in a similar industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: £40,000 per annum
