Role Overview

Prioritizing Appointments is seeking a driven and results-oriented individual to join their expanding sales team based in Andover. As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales goals by making outbound calls and coordinating with the field sales team to schedule appointments.


What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus opportunities for Overtime (OTE)

Job Responsibilities
  1. Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building skills
  2. Making outbound calls to secure face-to-face appointments for the external sales team
  3. Coordinating with the field sales team to efficiently schedule appointments
  4. Working closely with other team members to share best practices and develop positive relationships with key accounts

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a natural talent for providing exceptional customer service. Prior sales experience is beneficial, but a passion for success and growth within a dynamic team is essential.
