About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at Hunter Mason Consulting Ltd. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing daily office operations, ensuring the smooth running of our administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily office operations, including mail distribution, filing systems, and office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Manage and maintain company records and files, ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, invoices, and budgeting documents.
- Supervise and train administrative staff members to ensure efficient office operations.
- Serve as a point of contact between the management team and internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and technology, arranging for repairs or replacements as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Office Management or a Similar Administrative Role ideally in the construction / fit out / internals industries.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
