Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled German-speaking B2B telemarketing professional to join our team at GCL. As a German B2B Client Delivery Executive, you will be responsible for carrying out unscripted telephone appointment making, data cleansing, research, and lead generation campaigns on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct unscripted telephone calls to prospects and clients.
  • Provide product information and answer questions about specifications.
  • Book appointments with relevant prospects and clients.
  • Perform data cleansing activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Conduct market research into various industries to identify new business opportunities.
  • Contribute to lead generation campaigns and provide input on campaign strategies.
  • Enter prospect details into our company database accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Excellent telephone manner and verbal communication skills.
  • Good command of the German language and grammar.
  • Ability to work to targets, including call volumes, conversations, and leads.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent client liaison and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and self-motivate.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access.
