German B2B Telemarketing Specialist

GCL is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented German-speaking B2B Telemarketing Specialist to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving lead generation and appointment setting activities for our clients across the UK and Europe. Your primary focus will be on engaging with potential clients through outbound calls, building rapport, understanding their needs, and effectively presenting our clients' solutions.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct unscripted phone calls to prospective clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Respond to product inquiries and provide clear and concise information about our clients' offerings.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads, ensuring accurate scheduling details are recorded.
- Maintain and update client databases with accurate prospect information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless lead handover process.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of telemarketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Native or near-native fluency in German and excellent English communication skills.
- Proven experience in B2B telemarketing, with a strong track record of achieving lead generation targets.
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
