We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of German B2B Client Delivery Specialist. This position involves carrying out unscripted telephone appointments, data cleansing, research, and lead generation campaigns on behalf of our clients across the UK and Europe.

The ideal candidate will possess a good telephone manner, excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, and a strong command of the German language. They will also be able to work to targets, manage their time effectively, and provide excellent client liaison and customer service.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out unscripted telephone calls on behalf of clients.
  • Answering questions about product specifications.
  • Booking appointments with relevant prospects.
  • Completing data cleansing activities.
  • Carrying out market research into various industries.
  • Providing input into lead generation campaigns of various makeups.
  • Accurately and efficiently entering prospect details into the company database.
