About the Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a B2B Client Delivery Executive. This role focuses on building relationships with potential clients through outbound communication, lead generation, and appointment setting.
Your success in this position hinges on your ability to connect with prospects, understand their needs, and effectively present our client's solutions. We prioritize a positive and supportive work environment where you can learn, grow, and contribute to the company's success.
What You'll Do- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, engaging in meaningful conversations about their business challenges and how our clients can provide solutions.
- Provide clear and concise information about our client's products and services, tailoring your approach to each individual prospect.
- Schedule appointments between potential clients and our sales team, ensuring a smooth transition for qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions within our CRM system, providing valuable insights into client engagement and campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to achieving individual and team goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
