B2B Client Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at GCL. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct unscripted telephone calls to engage with potential clients and prospects.
- Provide product information and answer questions to build trust and credibility with clients.
- Book appointments with relevant decision-makers to discuss business opportunities.
- Perform data cleansing activities to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Develop and implement lead generation campaigns to drive revenue growth.
- Enter prospect details into our database to track and analyze sales performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of the English language and grammar.
- Ability to work to targets and meet deadlines.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Client liaison and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy, including MS Office and database management.
- Self-motivation and a team player attitude.
