About the Role
We are looking for an experienced sales account manager to join our team in the North-East. As a sales account manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, developing relationships with clients and generating new sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills and experience working in public sector contracts or universities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a selection of accounts to achieve long-term success, market and develop our public sector framework agreements, develop positive relationships with new and existing clients, generate new sales using existing and potential customer networks, act as the point of contact and handle customer's individual needs.

What You'll Need
Proven work experience as a sales account manager, experience working in public sector contracts or universities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of CRM software and MS Office, understanding of sales performance metrics and organised with ability to plan activity and balance priorities.
