About the Role


You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring our clients receive industry-leading solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on high-value projects, leveraging your expertise to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets.


Key Responsibilities


  • Report directly to senior leadership and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic planning.
  • Present a full range of storage products to current and prospective clients.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits nationwide.
  • Provide technical consultations and surveys, translating client needs into tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects to the highest standards.
  • Analyse client activity to identify growth opportunities and underperforming accounts.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
  • Prepare detailed reports on customer activity and market opportunities.


Requirements


  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role within the Storage Systems (Racking & Shelving) or Materials Handling sectors, with a good understanding of Racking & Shelving systems.
  • Proven expertise in managing medium to large-scale projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial products and related solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and a strong aptitude for learning new systems.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and highly organised.
  • A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel nationwide.
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations is highly desirable.
