As a Retail Sales Development Manager at Field Sales Solutions, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and generating Return on Investment for our clients. This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with our largest clients, such as Ferrero, to develop and implement sales strategies that meet their objectives.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the grocery market. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 p.a., with the potential to earn up to 11.5% annual bonus + Company Car & Fuel Card.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet our clients' objectives.
  • Managing grocery accounts and building strong relationships with key decision makers.
  • Identifying new opportunities in store to increase brand presence and optimise sales.
