Retail Sales Development Manager

Field Sales Solutions is seeking a skilled Retail Sales Development Manager to drive sales growth in the grocery sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision-makers in grocery stores, including Tesco, Sainsbury's, ASDA, and Morrisons.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to increase brand visibility, display, and availability in grocery stores.

- Identifying new opportunities to increase brand presence and optimize sales in grocery stores.
- Working autonomously to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements for the role include:
- An ambitious nature with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.
- A passion for sales and a true advocate of our client's brand portfolio.
- A full clean UK driving licence.
