Job Summary

FI Real Estate Management Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales enquiries for our commercial properties, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining accurate records.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Chorley, Lancashire.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage inbound sales enquiries for our commercial properties
  2. Contact potential clients within specified KPIs
  3. Record and update CRM system for all sales enquiries
  4. Assist with proactive sales calls to create new enquiries
  5. Develop relationships with agents and partners
  6. Provide administrative support for the Assessment Management Team

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
