Procurement and Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team and lead the commercial aspects of our Consultancy & Civil Nuclear Business Units. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and implementing process improvements.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including team members, clients, and suppliers.
- Monitor project performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide expert advice on NEC contracts and negotiate complex agreements.
- Support the development of subcontracting strategies and collaborate with Procurement teams.
- A relevant university degree or professional accreditation.
- Membership of an appropriate technical/professional body.
- Strong understanding of NEC Contracts.
- Experience in commercial/contract roles with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
£70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Working Arrangements:This is a full-time, permanent position with occasional site visits.
