Job Description

Dexter Talent is seeking a talented Operations Business Professional to join their Metering team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced industry, driving operational excellence and innovation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and program teams to deliver software enhancements and industry initiatives.
  • Lead the Market Wide Half Hourly Settlement Program, ensuring smooth operational support.
  • Implement process improvements, product enhancements, and automation opportunities.
  • Advise internal teams and clients on business matters, representing Dexter Talent in workshops and product development discussions.
  • Manage additional work requests and contribute to contract renewals.

Your Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years' experience in the utilities or energy sector.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in SQL and/or automation tools.
  • Ability to enhance operational efficiency and implement best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A customer-focused approach.
