About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Application Maintenance Professional to join our team at Dexter Talent.

About the Job:

  • As an Application Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for providing expert application support, ensuring that SLA targets are consistently met.
  • You will use your technical expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues using SQL, automation tools, and data diagnostics.
  • You will also have the opportunity to suggest and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and contribute to software updates and industry change initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in Application Support or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL is essential, with knowledge of automation tools being a bonus.
  • A background in the utilities or energy sector is highly desirable, although not essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, combined with excellent communication and organisational abilities.
