Job Description
We are seeking a North-East based experienced sales account manager to join our expanding sales team. As a sales account manager, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers, increasing and overseeing sales. Your key responsibilities include:
  • Managing a selection of accounts to achieve long-term success
  • Market and develop our public sector framework agreements
  • Develop positive relationships with new and existing clients
  • Generate new sales using existing and potential customer networks
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customer's individual needs

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits may include bonuses, professional development opportunities and a competitive pension scheme.

Requirements
Proven work experience as a sales account manager, experience working in public sector contracts or universities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of CRM software and MS Office, understanding of sales performance metrics and organised with ability to plan activity and balance priorities.
