Property Administration Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Property Administration Coordinator to join our team at Turner Wise in the City. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lettings department.

About the Role
  1. Providing administrative support to our lettings department, including registering lettings applications and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Maintaining the internal database and ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  3. Progressing lettings deals and working closely with colleagues to achieve successful outcomes.
  4. Conducting reference checks on new tenants and verifying their details.
  5. Updating our company website with the latest property listings.
  6. Performing general office administration tasks, including photocopying, filing, faxing, and ordering stationery.
  7. Compiling data for monthly fees and KPIs/Weekly Deal Tracker.
  8. Sending timely tenancy renewal emails and coordinating with the Lettings Manager.
  9. Organizing photography, floor plans, and EPCs for new instructions.
Requirements
  1. Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  2. Able to prioritize tasks, handle pressure, and manage a varying workload effectively.
  3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Previous administration experience, preferably in the lettings field.
  5. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Package

The salary for this position is £29,000 per annum, reflecting the level of responsibility and expertise required.
