Job Summary
Earn a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum as a Property Administrator with Hawk Brown Recruitment. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing office-based tasks with flexibility to work from home. This role offers the opportunity to become a property manager in the future.

Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct site inspections and report concerns to ensure the upkeep of properties.
• Assist with coordinating repairs, maintenance, and fire remedial works by liaising with contractors, clients, and residents.
• Update the Outstanding Issues spreadsheet by communicating with stakeholders and managing tasks efficiently.
• Assist with preparing service charge budgets to ensure accurate financial planning.
• Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, scanning, photocopying, and shredding as needed.
