Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our clients' busy property management team, responsible for managing the car park portfolio and providing administrative support across their estates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Car Park Management: Oversee car park administration, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate records.
  • Administrative Support: Compile Excel spreadsheets for budgets and property data, prepare change notes for clients, properties, and leases, maintain files, and coordinate complaint responses.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with property managers and accounts teams.
Person Profile
  • Experience: Previous experience in property management or administration/accounts is essential.
  • Technical Proficiency: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, competent in Microsoft Word and Outlook, highly developed written/verbal communication skills, and proofreading is essential.
Package

In this exciting role based in Central London (Hybrid 3 days office, 2 home), you will receive a competitive salary of £30-32,000, range of company benefits available, discretionary bonus, and standard office hours.
