About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company that offers a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a hybrid working policy for flexibility. As a Residential Property Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of private landlord rental properties, ensuring they remain in good condition and comply with legislation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of designated properties.
  • Work with the branch to prepare properties for new tenancies and renewals.
  • Supervise tenants' maintenance requests, liaising with contractors and supervising works.
  • Ensure properties meet regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Visit properties at least twice a year for inspections.

This role requires Lettings Property Management experience and proficiency in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. You will also have opportunities to develop your skills through training and professional development programs.
