**Portfolio Property Administrator**

We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Property Administrator to join our team in Hampstead, NW3. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, including carrying out periodic property inspections and arranging maintenance works.

  • Respond to emails promptly and keep on top of all maintenance jobs.
  • Serve Section 21 notices as necessary.

**Salary and Benefits**

The salary for this role is £37,500 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. Parking permits and a pool car are available for inspections if not bringing a car to work.
