As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our property portfolio, including rent collection, tenant liaison, and property maintenance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of our property portfolio, including rent collection and tenant liaison
  • Monitor property condition and address any issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of property inventory and maintenance schedules

**Salary:** £28,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

**Location:** Ilford

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong understanding of property management principles and practices
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
