Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Maintenance Activities: Arrange for routine maintenance tasks, such as repairs and replacements, to be carried out by our contractors.
  • Liaise with Contractors: Communicate with our contractors to ensure that works are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Monitor Progress: Track the progress of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to the team leader.

This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong background in property management and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in property maintenance, excellent attention to detail, and a positive attitude. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
