CBSR are seeking a Property Maintenance Coordinator to join their team. Estimated salary: £38,000 - £50,000 per year.

About the Position

This role involves working closely with the Building Manager to manage maintenance and repairs, coordinate with contractors, and oversee the work carried out by onsite personnel. You will also be responsible for assisting with the drafting, controlling, and reporting of service charge budget and expenditure for the site(s).

  • Carry out regular inspection audits of the site(s) and take remedial action if required.
  • Liaise with local authorities as necessary.
About You

We are looking for an experienced individual with previous facilities management experience in a supervisory or management role. You should have knowledge of technical aspects of premises management and excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
