Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Property Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at CMS Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to coordinate with field-based engineers to schedule appointments and resolve issues.

About the Role: As a Property Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for arranging service and repair appointments directly with customers and client representatives using our state-of-the-art planning software. You will also handle customer inquiries via telephone to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with field-based engineers to schedule appointments and resolve issues.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft packages, including Excel and MS Teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced office environment.
  • A willingness to work one Saturday per month at overtime rates.
