About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Administration Specialist to join our team at Capital Construction & Maintenance Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to take on a key role in the efficient operation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property management operations, ensuring all activities align with organisational goals.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of property maintenance, including schematics and documentation related to electrical and mechanical systems.
- Provide leadership and guidance to maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring tasks are completed effectively.
- Coordinate project management activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation for property-related projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of properties to assess condition and identify areas requiring maintenance or improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in property administration or a related field is essential.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics related to electrical and mechanical systems.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with an understanding of property maintenance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with tenants and stakeholders.
