Capstone Property Recruitment is partnering with a leading International real estate consultancy to find an experienced Senior Surveyor and Property Specialist. The successful candidate will join their Property Asset Management team and be responsible for managing a strategic property and asset management mandate in central London.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a mixed-use portfolio in central London, ensuring operational excellence and providing high-quality property management services.
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize value and returns.
  • Coordinate with building managers, facilities management, and consultants for repairs, planned maintenance, and refurbishment projects.
  • Manage relationships with insurance brokers, facilitate insurance renewals, and handle insurance claims as needed.
  • Deliver high-quality reporting materials, including regular and ad hoc reports, memos, and concise summary reports.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have a minimum of £45,000 - £60,000 + package salary, depending on experience.
