Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager Assistant to join our team at Mandarin Recruitment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and writing skills in English, as well as a strong understanding of property management concepts and practices.

The Property Manager Assistant will provide administrative support to our senior leaders and contribute to the success of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in property management or start their career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders with tasks such as document preparation, email correspondence, and data entry.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of property management strategies and plans.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of property management concepts and practices.
  • Proficient in various office software applications.

Salary: £13,000 per annum (pro rata for part-time).
