Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our team at PEAR - Property Recruitment. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a substantial portfolio of properties and working closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring that all clients' needs are met and that properties are maintained to a high standard.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop tailored property management solutions.
  • Collaborate with other members of the property management team to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to client queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a property management role.
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of properties and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
  • Arla qualification preferred, but not essential.
