Job Description

This newly created role will report directly into the Senior Financial Controller and provide exposure to the Operations Director. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial part in driving the company's financial strategy forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management of financial reporting for a portfolio of high-end property projects
  • Ownership of the management reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of financial information
  • Creation and delivery of budgets and forecasts, providing valuable insights to stakeholders
  • Production of year-end accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaboration with the commercial team to drive business growth through effective cash flow management and project delivery
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a qualified accountant with experience in the construction or property development sector. You must also have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and grow a team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, able to drive business growth and improvement through financial expertise.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including a hybrid working model, professional development opportunities, and access to a comprehensive rewards programme.
