At RE-Search London, we are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to oversee and coordinate maintenance operations across our diverse portfolio of high-end properties. This role requires effective management of external contractors, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and service delivery across all sites.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, an exceptional ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The focus of this role is on managing and coordinating resources rather than direct execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of External Contractors: Oversee and coordinate external maintenance contractors, ensuring quality control and timely delivery of services.
  • Client Relations: Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and fostering a relationship that reflects professionalism and trust.
  • Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to ensure maintenance standards are upheld, projects are on track, and any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential maintenance concerns before they escalate, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • High-End Focus: Ensure that maintenance operations meet the expectations of high-end clients, particularly in luxury residential, hospitality, and office settings.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

  • Professionalism: A polished and professional individual with a strong customer service ethos and the ability to make clients feel prioritized.
  • Effective Communicator: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and contractors alike.
  • Leadership & Coordination: Proven experience in managing and coordinating external contractors, with strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proactive & Detail-Oriented: A proactive approach to maintenance, with an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Experience in High-End Properties: Prior experience managing maintenance in luxury residential, hospitality, or office environments is highly desirable.
