About the Role

This is an exciting position that involves managing a portfolio of 60-70 high-end properties. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring all properties have valid Gas Safety, EICR, and PAT certification
  • Arranging pre-tenancy works and ensuring timely completion
  • Managing invoices and processing payments
  • Obtaining competitive quotations for maintenance and repairs
  • Organising renewal of safety certification and remedial works during tenancies
  • Liaising with clients and keeping them regularly updated
  • Overseeing any snagging issues at the beginning of a tenancy
  • Setting up utilities and dealing with day-to-day property maintenance issues

As a successful candidate, you will be confident, proactive, and able to work independently. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
