Cobalt Recruitment is a boutique property asset management firm based in West London. With a high-end portfolio of residential properties, we are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Property Manager to assist our small team of senior property managers with day-to-day activities associated with managing our prime portfolio. This includes providing general administrative services, supporting the management of our properties, ensuring excellent customer service, and helping plan and oversee maintenance tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative services to support the smooth operation of our property management team.
  • Support the management of our high-end residential portfolio, ensuring that all aspects of property management are met.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our clients, responding promptly to their needs and queries.
  • Assist in planning and overseeing maintenance tasks, ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and up-to-date.
  • Support with rent renewals, repairs, and other administrative tasks related to property management.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A good level of experience in the property industry, preferably in property management or a related field.
  • The ability to use initiative for problem-solving, think critically, and make sound decisions.
  • An understanding of the tenancy process and relevant legislation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
