This upmarket global real estate agency, Property Personnel, seeks a highly skilled Prime Property Manager to join their esteemed team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of prime properties across Kensington and Notting Hill Gate.

The primary objective of this role is to provide an exceptional, customer-focused property management service to the company's landlords and tenants. This involves ensuring that all aspects of property management, from day-to-day maintenance to planned maintenance and reporting, are carried out with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.

To be considered for this challenging yet rewarding opportunity, you will need to possess previous property management experience within a prime central London based estate agency, as well as exceptional communication and organisational skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Property Maintenance: Handle day-to-day property maintenance issues, including utility bills, planned maintenance, and reporting.
  2. Invoice Management: Process and manage invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  4. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and health and safety regulations.
  5. Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of the property portfolio, ensuring that all properties are maintained to the highest standard.

Personal Specification:

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's property management experience within prime central London.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
