Commercial Property Management Opportunity

TML Recruitment is proud to partner with a reputable property consultancy based in the heart of London's prestigious West End. Our client seeks exceptional commercial and mixed-asset property managers to drive business growth and expansion.

This highly successful firm has been operational for over 50 years, boasting a loyal client base and a team of experienced professionals covering various aspects of the property market. The company's portfolio consists mainly of retail, office blocks, offices with residential above, and residential blocks, totaling approximately 300-350 properties in the prime West End area.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage key events and critical dates related to lease and tenancy agreements using the company's CRM system.
  • Oversee rent collection, ensuring timely payments and addressing arrears in collaboration with the Associate Director.
  • Maintain compliance with insurance requirements, health and safety regulations, and other relevant legislation to protect the client's interests.
  • Prepare annual service charge budgets for block management properties and reconcile service charge receipts and expenses accounts.
  • Serve as a liaison between various departments to ensure Property Management remains at the forefront of transactions and maintains strong relationships with clients.
  • Foster effective communication with clients, ensuring key relationships are maintained.
  • Evaluate and maintain compliance with external and internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the Reactive Maintenance and Tenant Support teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records on the CRM system for PPM and Compliance purposes.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualifications such as IRPM, IWFM, or RICS (desired)
  • In-depth knowledge of the property market and wider economic trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Word, and Excel
  • Extensive experience in commercial or residential property management, preferably with a focus on block management
  • Able to manage large workloads effectively
  • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Valid driving license

The estimated salary for this role is around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
