FEXCO is a reputable property management company with a strong presence in central London.

We are currently seeking an experienced Luxury Property Portfolio Manager to oversee our portfolio of prime residential buildings in Knightsbridge, Chelsea, and Mayfair.

This role offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Management: Manage a small but high-end portfolio of luxury residential buildings, ensuring the highest standards of property management are maintained across all buildings.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of 5 Property Managers and 2 Assistant Property Managers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities for the team.
  • Business Development & Operations: Work closely with the Director to support new business opportunities, assist with the growth of the portfolio, and provide input on the overall direction of the property management division.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key point of contact for high-net-worth clients and key stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-6 years' experience in property management, with a significant focus on prime central London properties.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring a team of property managers and assistants.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with high-net-worth clients and deliver exceptional service in a high-pressure, luxury environment.
  • IRPM/TPI qualifications preferred or equivalent relevant experience.
