As a highly organised Property Portfolio Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our Lettings team at our Southgate branch. We are seeking a skilled professional to work with us, utilising their ARLA qualification and experience in property management to ensure excellent service standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of taking responsibility for their own property portfolio, dealing with administration tasks efficiently and effectively. You will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a great telephone manner.

In this role, you will be working closely with our team to create new tenancies on CFP software, conduct property inspections, deal with notice from tenants, process RGI claims, and perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
