Job Title: Housing Property Administrator

Location: Somerset

Hours Per Week: 37 Hours

Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £25,400 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) or £20-£22 P/H (Umbrella)

Novax Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Housing Property Administrator to join their Community Housing team.

  • Manage the administration and maintenance of social housing properties, ensuring compliance with housing policies and regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tenancy checks to ensure properties are well-maintained and health & safety risks are identified and addressed.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  1. At least 2 years of experience in housing management, with a strong understanding of tenancy and estate management in a social housing context.
  2. Knowledge of relevant laws, tenancy agreements, and the ability to handle sensitive information with vulnerable customers.
  3. Strong communication skills, ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently, and experience with case management systems and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities: Property management, tenancy administration, health and safety, customer liaison.
