Pear Recruitment is a leading estate agency in London, and we are currently seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator/Property Manager to join our team in St Johns Wood.

About the Job

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail to manage a portfolio of properties, coordinate viewings, and support the lettings team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing a portfolio of properties and coordinating viewings
  • Supporting the lettings team with administrative tasks
  • Client account reconciliation, tracking income and expenditure
  • Invoice processing and credit management
  • Handling landlord account enquiries
  • General admin to support the office daily function
  • Dealing with maintenance requests for managed properties
  • Liaising with our accounts department
  • Helping organise canvassing
  • Experience using Alto (preferred) or similar Real Estate CRM software (Jupix, Reapit, etc)
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. If you have experience working with property management software and are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills, this role could be perfect for you.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
