Arlington Resource Management is a well-established family-run company in North London seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee day-to-day Accounting and Administration.

This role involves reporting to the owner and external FD, and working on various aspects of finance including bookkeeping, office administration, property administration, and joint ventures.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing financial records on Xero
  2. Overseeing office operations, including arranging insurance
  3. Coordinating property transactions and preparing completion statements
  4. Ensuring the financial success of joint ventures

This position requires 4 days in the office and 1 day from home.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the Property Development sector.

Estimated salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
