Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough due diligence on development projects to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Prepare comprehensive project monitoring reports to ensure robust financial oversight.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and stakeholder management.
• Monitor project progress against agreed budgets, timelines, and quality standards to mitigate potential risks.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to £65,000 (dependent on experience) plus benefits.

Requirements:
A proven track record in Fund Monitoring with a background in Surveying is essential. MRICS or working towards chartership is highly desirable. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required. A strong understanding of development processes, construction practices, and financial risk management is necessary for success in this role. The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment is also crucial.
