We are seeking a highly organized and IT-proficient individual to fill the role of Property Management Administrator Lead in our Chelmsford office. As a key member of the lettings team, you will oversee a portfolio of managed properties and work closely with Property Managers, Renewals Coordinators, and Administrators to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of properties and resolving maintenance issues
  • Liaising with tenants and landlords to ensure smooth rental processes
  • Producing standard letters, notices, and tenancy agreements using our bespoke software system
  • Liaising with approved contractors and reviewing volumes of calls received outside normal office hours
  • Undertaking customer care calls and performance appraisals with team members

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in property management is essential
  • Relevant ARLA qualifications would be an advantage
  • Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks amidst a busy workload
  • Familiarity with MS Office packages
