Administrative Coordinator for Property Projects

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support our Property Development team at The 79th Group. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in project coordination and administration to join our team.

The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills and be able to maintain accurate records. They will also have experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office duties, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Document Management:

  • Maintain accurate and organised records of all project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of planning applications and other regulatory documents.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Estimated Salary: £30-40 per hour
